He killed actually 6 police officer(one died in the hospital) and seriously injured 4 in the police station with a knife. Seriously can someone kill and injure that many polices in the police station even with a machine gun in US?

Police officers are a legitimate target as far as I'm concerned. This is a guerrilla attack yes. But not terrorist since the intended targets belong to the government and are armed.
