Hmmm...time to finally get my notes together about the maps :)

Yes, we'll be releasing this for BTS!

hmmm... goths in the eastern mediterranean? where exactly is their starting place going to be? also, the medians traditional capitol, ecbatana i believe, and the greater part of their lands are located east of this map. if i were making this map, i'd make it slighly bigger so as to fit the macedonians (a buffer to thracian and dacian overexpansion) and add a little more to the eastern border so as to fit the medians accurately and perhaps even the sumerians. also, a little more south would give the nubians a fairer start and the possibility of adding an arab civilization. just my opinion, though. don't get too offended. everyone working on this is doing a great job.

Creating Eastern Med map, major goals were:
1) make a standard map (i.e. approx 3000 plots) for slow PCs (they can't play huge)
2) setup as many different civs as possible comparing to Standard Med
(Minoans, Thracians, Nubians, Assyrians, Goths and Medians are in)

Some historical and geographic modifications were needed. Goths start north-east of Black Sea (just like in TAM huge map), Medians start east of Kolchis, Minoans have a sea route to Western African Coast

Very great mod and the bts version seems to work quite fine for me

Except this bug concerning the huge buildings (Henge, Parthenon, etc)

Can we expect a quick fix, or need to wait next version ? ;)

Sorry for not reading all 138 pages but... is the bug Kedwinbi obviously refers to known? Cause it pretty much spoiled my lovely game.

Nevertheless - a really great mod of course! So, thank you very much anyway...

Yes, that bug is fixed for the next version. I'm just trying to get some help in figuring out certain python infinite loops that is stopping the game dead in its tracks once you reach the last Imperial era.

Oh well, thanks a lot for the fast reply. I'm really looking forward to this.
Again, great work... keep it up. :)

Yes, that is exactly my case now. I just began a huge expansion of my mighty Roman empire once I discovered Iron Working and sent Scipio to Africa but the Earth-like cursor keeps spinning when I hit the Next turn button...:(

...which is too bad because this mod is simply the best:worship:

TAM will never die....it will always exist because of the wonderful work of the modder's and our continued interest as fans of TAM. A shout out to Thamis and Shqype for the continued dedication to one of the best mods. Along with TR. ;)
