I am guessing a joker too, but now I have additional concerns:

How did he get so much money? Did somebody (eg. the Mafia) pay him PC's, because I don't see him having enough non-spam posts so far. I assume you're not allowed to bid with money you don't have already - he should only have his money from yesterday.

Anyway, I clearly don't approve of his intentions and he's always been a danger to the Innocent cause anyway, so SK or joker it's probably time for him to go.
