I would test that and see before I continue the story, but then it would make things more predictable. Let us just play on normally and expect the Mongols to arrive.

Give the possibility to someone that wants to join the Council to be able to do it.
If we think like that, Foreign Relations, Espionage and the Navy could easily be managed by us Province Counselors. But people want to participate, so this way we have more participants then without those roles.
And one day they will become important. When we become far bigger, a Stability Advisor will be much more useful, because not everyone of us may have the time to check everyone if they have the necessary buildings to keep Stability nicely, or to check if our economical development will give or remove Stability Points.
Stability is so complex that an advisor is indeed interesting. Of course he won't do much now that we are Solid, but we want Persia and Ethiopia right? 2 Contested Areas that will decrease our stability.

Awesome map. The only thing a I would change is to remove the areas that we are not aware of. Like, we don't know if there is a continent outside of the old world yet. This would play good with role playing.

I don't know what you could do to be honest.
Making a map is a single file in a single program. I have no need to work on separate files in separate programs (if that was the case, more hands would definetly add to the speed of the process).
The only thing I need to do besides working on Photoshop is to go back to the game and check the map inside the game. Even though it's easier for me to just check it then having someone check for me and tell me what I have to draw.
Anyways I thank you for the offer, and if we find a way for you to help doing maps you're welcome to join me.
