Babylon is great b/c it equally effective as an early game rush monster or as a science focused peacenik. Inca and denmark are both situational, but the "situation" for inca is more common.

(I'd vote for the Vikings, but the Babylonians deserve 3rd more than Mongolia IMO)

Having a civilization called "Vikings" was a ridiculous oversight. It's like having a civilization called Redcoats instead of England. You can call it whatever you want of course, but there's definitely a righter side and a wronger side to that debate.
