Just got Rock of Ages. It's by the same crazy Chilean guys that made Zeno Clash, which was awesome. So far it's great fun rolling around smashing stuff, and the art is amazing - Terry Gilliam should probably sue, but hey it looks great.

Yeah I've played a bit of it and I really like it. Having a hard time beating Charlemagne though because I keep spending too much time wrecking his stuff.

Someone randomly gifted me The Ball which I haven't played yet though I shall get on that this week. I was also kindly gifted Bastion (thanks!) which I also need to play soon too. And Red Orchestra 2 is currently pre-loading for release tomorrow

The Ball is really good. Kinda like Portal, only dark and really scary in places. At the start everything seems normal, if a bit spooky. Then it all gets very intense...

I picked up Space Pirates and Zombies (SPAZ) over the weekend, and it's a lot of fun. Surprisingly deep and engaging for a game that looks fairly straightforward on the surface. Definitely enjoying it so far - there's a demo if you're curious and it's $15 normally; if you can snag this title on sale sometime soon, I'd definitely recommend it.

I got company of heroes + opposing fronts this past weekend, however it appears in skirmish I can only play as the British, and I cannot switch factions. It only allows me to play versus the Panzer Elite. What kind of rip off is this crap?

Got Dead Island and Madden 12 yesterday. Dead Island is pretty cool and engaging, but Madden 12 has some problems with Superstar Mode. It has gotten worse each year!

I got the Humble Indie Bundle + the Frozenbyte package. Looks quite good, can't wait 'til the downloads finish.

I also got Dragon Age yesterday. Very nice so far, though my graphics can't play it at nearly the level promised by canyourunit.

If you bought both titles, then you should be able to switch as well. The only problems occur if you join a friends invite for a ranked automatch, and that friend decides the team (allies/axis) or decides the faction is random assignment. Otherwise you should be able to start a game and dictate every detail.

I've been reeeeaaally craving some fifa, but sadly I own no console. (I don't like consoles though and I see fifa and NHL as the only up-sides to them)
