In the British Civil War today, the armies of the rebel
Republic of Albion continued their advance towards Birmingham. Laser and gunfire were heard in and around Coventry as that city was easily taken. The Albionese provisional government in London continues to receive support from the wealthy American businessman Samuel Smith. Smith is spearheading relief efforts in Albionese territory as the new government is too weak and focused on winning the war against the
British Loyalists.
The Ulster Rebellion continues to gain support in Northern Ireland. Rebel leader Kelsey McNamara released a statement saying "we will not stop fighting until Northern Ireland is reunited with the rest of Ireland." Albion supports the rebellion and has stated that it will release Northern Ireland, while the Loyalist government in Liverpool is attempting to put down the rebellion.
The
Mediterranean Trade Agreement, or MTA, unanimously voted in Athens today to allow the nations of Algeria and Tunisia to join their league. Additionally, the Republic of Constantinople, a state attempting to breakaway from the
Arabian Defensive Pact, was also accepted as an associate, and the MTA has pledged to make it a full member as soon as the new state gets on a solid footing.
Pakistani forces continue to face heavy resistance from the
Indian civilians in and around Delhi.
