If you have worms inside of you (the type that make you really sick because they won't let you digest properly) how do they remove them? Also, how would someone get them in the first place if they don't have any outside pets or do anything in dirt or anything and wash their hands when they toilet?

Also, what does "I calculate, therefore I am" mean?

I saw Crusader Kings 2 was on a 75% Steams sale and I've been looking to get a new strategy game. As far as I can tell it should work on my laptop (Lenovo T420, can run Human Revolution and XCOM just fine along with New Vegas and Far Cry 2). Is it worth getting and what DLC is worth getting?
(I'm assuming the art and music DLC is pretty worthless but the 'expansions' for Byzantium and some of the other factions seem worth it.)

If you mean tapeworms, those can usually be killed with medication taken by mouth. They'll probably break down and you can pass them out. You can get them from raw or undercooked meat if you're unlucky. Assuming this is tapeworms after all.

The quote sounds like a spin on this one, possibly in relation to an AI or whatnot.

Yes, CK II is definitely worth it, along with the Sword of Islam, Legacy of Rome and The Old Gods expansions. The others are mostly colour, though The Republic is supposed to be quite cool as well.

I'll pick them up then. (Excepting Old Gods, it isn't on sale.)

Do you know of any good guides for the game? I've been fiddling around with it for about two hours but I still can't figure out how to claim provinces that the game tells me I have a strong claim to.

If you have a strong claim, that means you get a casus belli to declare war on the owner of that province I believe.

The best guide is just fiddling around with the game and probably posting in the thread up in All other games, that's how I learned how to play.

I got a relatively successful game going in Scotland, but then my cousin and the King ended up at war with each other, Scotland fell apart into Civil War, I couldn't tell who I was at war with, and everything went poorly.

On that topic, how can I tell whom I am at war with, and how do I conquer a province? I had a rather large army at this stage sieging a province but each time the defender moral got to 0 I began the siege again.

Each province has around three holdings (baronies, bishoprics and cities), and you need to siege each one to take the entire province.

Another CK2 question:
I'm ruling Slavonia and I want to bring a small County into my family holdings, do I marry my daughter off to their heir conventionaly or matrilinearly?

Marrying off your daughter matrilineally would work if you simply want a relative to inherit, but if you want to rule it, then yes, what madviking said.

try finding the revokation of the certain county.
Finding the what?

Also, the manual says that in diplomacy I can select the option to "Claim Title" to give me a casus belli (however weak it might be). However, when I open up the diplomacy menu in game I don't see that option. Was it removed, and if yes, what can I do to compensate besides leaving my Chancellor there for years on end in the hopes of fabricating a claim?

Thanks.
Given how poor of a job the tutorial does at actually explaining what things do, I'm terrified of trying another Paradox game when people have said CK2 has one of the best tutorials of a Paradox game.
