How much of a "Gateway to Africa" can Morocco considered to be? I can see the relevance of the phrase "Mare Clausum" to Portugal, so hopefully someone can do the same for Morocco.
Well, the trans-Saharan trade was pretty important for quite a long while (until it became more viable to sail rather than walk), and a lot of the routes started in Morocco and headed south. So in that way it can be considered a gateway for western Africa, and I assume that was what they were trying to reference with their BNW power.
Have been compiling a list of gifts I want throughout the coming year... Came across Gran Turismo 5 for the PS3. The only memory I have of Gran Turismo is of 1 and 2 on the Play Station 1. Does 5 run along the same theme? Getting a license, dozens of locations to drive in, saving up for new cars, upgrades? Or is it just a typical driving game now?
I've just set up a new printer, and it has a default setting where if it prints more than one copy of something, it will put all the copies of the same page together. It won't print out one copy of the document, then the next copy of the document. What is the name of this setting where it does this, so that I can find and change it in my printer setup file?
But yeah. It should be possible to change the default settings in printer setup file. Isn't it called collate in there too? I can't see why it wouldn't be.
You know those infographics things? Those really, long vertical images containing obscure facts or trivia? Are those usually correct, or are they just misinformation, in general?
They're are as accurate as their original sources. Even the Encyclopaedia Brittania has on average three errors per page, as opposed to Wikipedia's four.
