strength training can both improve and worsen posture. The human musculature is a bit like a series of opposing zigzages front-to-back, so chest vs upper back, then lower back vs abs, then ass vs pelvis. Pretty top of your head/face down to your feet.

The more you work a muscle set the more you tighten and constrict those muscles, either improving or worsening posture. Most people have much stronger lower backs than they give themselves credit, due to sitting at a desk all day.

I based "vics bitter" on a commercial I saw for it. That's what they called it.

Well it's also called Vic ("a hard earned thirst needs a big cold beer, and the best cold beer is Vic..."), but I've never heard it as Vic Bitter ("..., Victoria Bitter").

What would you call someone half persian, half white (me)? I've heard the term 'eurasian' to describe someone half asian half white. 'eurabian' came to mind for me but since Persians are not arabs that wouldn't really work.

What is the name of this type of hat?

It looks like some kinds of the Boss of the Plains, but made of leather instead of beaver or whatever. Are there any other hats like this? I'm looking for something with a fairly wide, perfectly flat brim and a very flat crown without any dents or creases. Somewhat thick leather might be the best material because it's durable, waterproof, and won't crease or dent too easily.

I'm all for socialistic viewpoints and all, but thinking services shouldn't be a guaranteed loss of finances until everyone involved with the company is bankrupt seems to be a pretty good thing and not particularly evil.

I've had a Photobucket account for years, and the only time I minded paying for it was when they "improved" it. Still, I have a premium account and am glad of it.
