You're actually Jewish...

Unlikely.

and you have been circumcised?

I don't think so.
*checks to be sure*
Nope.
Anyway, circumcision is a Muslim and not a Jewish thing where my parents are from.

As I said, my condition is genetic...

It's OK. Jewishness comes from mitochondrial DNA which is inherited from one's mother.

Anyway, let's keep guessing… Not Jewish, not adopted, inheritable genetically, and it qualifies as a ‘problem’.
Some sort of intolerance to a type of food or nutrient?

No

To elaborate:
Nothing to do with nutrition.

You're not a hermaphrodite, are you?

Well, XXY would've resulted in being a hermaphrodite.

But not in every cell…

Some sort of blood cell condition, maybe.

...close...

It's not totally obvious if you don't know exactly what you're looking for, but it's pretty obvious in hindsight...and "relatively benign"...

XYY chroms.
XYY chromosome
XYY syndrome is a genetic condition that occurs when a male has an extra copy of the Y chromosome in each of their cells (XYY). Sometimes, this mutation is only present in some cells. Males with XYY syndrome have 47 chromosomes because of the extra Y chromosome.

Are you tall, with learning issues?

I am tall.

...so close, yet so far...

Something like sickle-cell anaemia, perhaps?
