I'm back and am sorry I missed a lot of diplo. I will try to catch up tonight. I did not send orders, but if it is no too late, I will try to get something out tonight.

I understand, Birdjaguar. I NPC'ed Delhi, but it will be a "fair" NPC'ing.
Here's the deal, people. I've been very, very busy this weekend, with non-NESing concerns, and though I have worked on the update quite a lot, there are too many major and minor wars, expansions, and intrigues for me to finish tonight.
So, the update will be up tomorrow. And stats will be up by/before Friday, since I have way more involved NPC's to do this turn. So the orders for Update 3 will be due not this Friday, but next Friday. From then on it's back to normal.
I know, I said that it would be done today. But I'd rather have it done well than done fast. If you disagree, the NAO has prepared a wonderful room of spiked nails and boiling tar for you.

...That blue color, however, is very disconcerting, as it is not the color of any nation. Perhaps a new Bavarian color (ironically chosing a french navy blue for a german state)? Or a revolution of somesort?

Since I don't know what my nation did in this update, I will wait to reply to any diplo. Sorry Cuiv. I am curious to see if Thlayli does what I would have done in regards to Zanzibar's war and my own rebellious princes.

lurker's comment: NAO is an awfully silly thing to say, especially if you do not pronounce the letters but instead spell out all the three words fully on every occassion you use them. They don't even make much sense, really, and are fairly irritating. Still, Thlayli has a moderator's immunity now, so we can't really kill him for it unless he delays the update for much longer.
