Trevelin, down in Chubut province. In fact, they were so far away from anything else that it is said that English-speaking Welsh people seeking to undo the London-sponsored linguicide asked them for help.

Edit: found it on Wikipedia.

Topeka might have a 2nd pro golfer to watch on TV, Gary Woodland could be joined by Rachel Stous in the pro ranks. She won down in Florida and bombs the ball, she's thin, flexible and lanky enough to produce the clubhead speed for 300 yd drives. She shot a course record 64 and followed that with a 71 and a birdie on the last hole to win by 1 shot.

The last few years she has played in our local tournaments and made it to the match play championship this year but lost a 2 up advantage with 2 to play to Ben Moser. She bogied the last 3 holes and lost to pars, not good. She didn't have a stellar stroke play tournament here either, but she's well on her way now. Congrats Rachel, I guess we wont be seeing you around here much any more.

So, TIL: Normally a border is a non-existing line between 2 countries. In one case, between Germany and Luxembourg, the border has actually a width, it's a river (including a bridge). So you'd be there at 2 countries at the same time (as a whole, not your left part in one country, the right part in another).

That's weird. So if someone commits a crime on the bridge, will they be prosecuted according to law of which country?

There’s a mall not too far from me that sits on the prefectural borders of Nara and Kyoto. The border is marked on all floors, including the parking garage, so under which jurisdiction that part of the building falls is easily known.

As always, The Simpsons has covered this type of situation:

In 1959, the Harlem Globetrotters played a game at Lenin Stadium in Moscow—a story in Pravda about the game criticized the team for being too showy and unserious.

first time ı watched them on TV , their visit to country being top news and being unaware American basketball was far more show oriented than the games here (even if ı had a very limited exposure then and now) it was a downer . All these black guys were probably drug addicts , as the TV series of the time always had such relaxed black criminals .

Meadowlark Lemon scores again!

On the subject of Argentina's Welsh settlers, at Trevelin they've inaugurated a statue of a red dragon which actually breathes fire.

Here's the making-of video, with an actual demonstration of the metal beast's fire-breathing capabilities:
