No, the animating part would not be the hard one (afterall, it only has 4 legs and 2 arms).

The hard part on that defiler's case would be modelling I suppose. But I consider myself a better modeller than an animator, so I guess it wouldn't be that difficult to do afterall. But you knever know knunless knyou kntry.

Starship Trooper + recolor + LMR`s patented Lasgun-flash minor (its not a lascannon) + edited death (these guys will be getting killed ALOT in the mod, there would be too many heads flying off).

Why recolour? Only standard Cadians use green armour. Cadians have used greys many other times, like the 512th Orbital Defence M41!

Alternatively, since Conscripts in 40K basically look like guardsmen, i could make the kneeling version of the attack las-ified too and use the same graphics for the guardsmen and conscripts

But i'm in favour of a new one, but i've got a feeling it'll be a . .. .. .. .. . to keep the head from falling off

I've seen loads of Cadian Camo Schemes. Lava was my fav
But I think the Cadians should still get the Olive Green drab. Maybe the Forearms, Shins, and Helmets in civ colors.

Well they will get an olive one if we make a new one..

If we modify the Starship Trooper, then he will be gray. Unless someone really wants to recolor. Imma see if NavyDawg still has the files, perhaps he could make us an alternate death, if Dave thinks it would a female dog of a job.

About the IGsman: I think the industrial legionary as a conscript is a good idea. But How about kinboat's modern legion + LMR's patented Lasgun-flash supreme = IGsman?

I think the other unit looks a little more cadian, the modern legion looking akin to a Catachan Kasrkin.

The armour of the modern legion looks a lot like that of the guard, but he looks like he's wearing a bandana rather than a helmet.

perhaps i could add a helmet...

I reckon it looks great, and i do like the "wings" and their shootas. i do notice, however, the absence of a big gun, or am i just not seeing it?

um.. those aren't Tau ships, Tau ships generally look at least remotely similar to the Manta, unlike those.
