No whistling and no speaking, except under one condition . . . if the joker next to you says something about the water in the urinal being cold, say, it is ok to reply, "It's not so much cold as it is deep."

- talking on your phone
- farting while peeing
- snorting your nose clean, rolling it in your mouth, and spitting it all out in the urinal.

- spitting in the urinal
- talking on your phone
- farting while peeing
- snorting your nose clean, rolling it in your mouth, and spitting it all out in the urinal.

Let's say I have a cold and have nasty-tasting phlegm in my mouth. I could spit it out and not have it there. Thus the explanation of #1, and then #4. (Clear nostrils, gather mucus, spit out).

People generally spit for good reasons.

Whistling is not a problem if the whistler can hold a tune.
