Enrico Dandolo (Venetian) - 29
Gajah Mada (Old Javanese) - 29
Harald Bluetooth (Danish) - (5-3)=2 Harald has worn out his welcome, with his modern Danish jolly barman voice.

Harald Bluetooth ends 18th!

Apparently, he had the last voice that had some major flaw. I have no idea who should I downvote now...

Oda is by far the next closest to elimination.
I know he is, I'm just not sure if I should downvote him, because I think that his voice is one of the best. But I'll maybe end his suffering. Either that or downvote to Ahmad al-Mansur (little bit too young in my opinion), Augustus (I admire his voice, but he was also a great general who conquered lots of lands for Rome and he sounds too "soft" for a conqueror), Maria (from what I know, she became mad after her escape to Brazil) or Darius (people would rather see him speaking Persian (although I personally don't have a problem with Aramaic).

Ahmad al-Mansur (Moroccan Arabic) - 21
Ashurbanipal (Akkadian) - 29
Askia (Zarma) - 23
Augustus Caesar (Latin) - 29-3=26 - Augustus voice is great, but has the problem that he sounds too soft for a great conqueror.
Bismarck (German) - 25+1=26 - Strong, disciplined and rigid voice that fits for the Iron Chancellor.
Boudicca (Welsh) - 22
Darius I (Aramaic) - 20
Dido (Canaanite/Phoenician) - 25
Enrico Dandolo (Venetian) - 30
Gajah Mada (Old Javanese) - 29
Maria I (Portuguese) - 27
Oda Nobunaga (Japanese) - 7

William (Dutch) - 29

Ahmad al-Mansur (Moroccan Arabic) - (21-3)=18 I'm not too familiar with Ahmad al-Mansur's life, but I find his in-game voice a little disappointing. His reaction to war is rather tame compared with the others in this list. And what exactly is he talking about in his Declare War and Defeated lines? Perhaps it would be more accurate for him to speak standard Arabic, as a Moroccan King would likely speak, instead of the dialectal Moroccan Arabic.
Ashurbanipal (Akkadian) - 29
Askia (Zarma) - 23
Augustus Caesar (Latin) - 26
Bismarck (German) - 26
Boudicca (Welsh) - 22
Darius I (Aramaic) - 20
Dido (Canaanite/Phoenician) - 25
Enrico Dandolo (Venetian) - 30
Gajah Mada (Old Javanese) - 29
Maria I (Portuguese) - 27
Oda Nobunaga (Japanese) - (7+1)=8 A decent voice for Oda's first appearance in Civ. He shows a sense of being betrayed in his voice during his Attacked line.
Pedro II (Brazilian Portuguese) -29
Pocatello (Shoshone language) - 29
Shaka (isiZulu esijulile) - 30
Theodora (Greek) - 26

@Guandao, I always thought that I'm the only one who doesn't understand what Ahmad means in his DoW and Defeat line. I thought that it's because I'm still learning English, and suddenly, I found out that I'm not alone who doesn't fully understand him.

Ahmad al-Mansur (Moroccan Arabic) - 18-3=15 - I really like that Ahmad al-Mansur is a nice and friendly guy that you always like to meet, but he probably shouldn't be like this, because he and his brother killed Portuguese king in battle and he also attacked and conquered Songhai for their gold mines.
Ashurbanipal (Akkadian) - 29
Askia (Zarma) - 23
Augustus Caesar (Latin) - 26
Bismarck (German) - 26
Boudicca (Welsh) - 22
Darius I (Aramaic) - 20
Dido (Canaanite/Phoenician) - 25
Enrico Dandolo (Venetian) - 30
Gajah Mada (Old Javanese) - 29
Maria I (Portuguese) - 27
Oda Nobunaga (Japanese) - 8+1=9 - It's too soon for him to go.
Pedro II (Brazilian Portuguese) -29
Pocatello (Shoshone language) - 29
Shaka (isiZulu esijulile) - 30
Theodora (Greek) - 26
William (Dutch) - 29

Ahmad al-Mansur (Moroccan Arabic) - (15-3)=12 Yeah, it seems like the real Ahmad was a pretty militaristic man. I expect his VA to act a little more tougher, especially during war. I think his Declare War and Defeated weren't probably translated entirely correctly, probably by an Arabic speaker unfamiliar with the Moroccan dialect.

Bismarck (German) - 26

Oda Nobunaga (Japanese) - (9+1)=10 Let Nobunaga-sama hold on for a bit longer :D

Enrico Dandolo (Venetian) - 30
Gajah Mada (Old Javanese) - 29
Maria I (Portuguese) - 27
Oda Nobunaga (Japanese) - 10+1=11 - Definitely deserves to survive longer.
Pedro II (Brazilian Portuguese) -29
Pocatello (Shoshone language) - 29-3=26 - I'm not sure if he was called "Chief Pocatello" between Shoshone. Pocatello was the name that Colonizers gave him. From what I know, his Shoshone name was Tondzaosha.

Oda Nobunaga (Japanese) - (11+1)=12 Oda can last a bit longer
Pedro II (Brazilian Portuguese) -29
Pocatello (Shoshone language) - 26
Shaka (isiZulu esijulile) - (30-3)=27 I'm a little disappointed in how the VA voiced Shaka's Declare War and Attacked lines. I though he would sound more furious, but he's kind of restrained. I don't get the feeling he's really mad at me and my civilization.
Theodora (Greek) - 26
William (Dutch) - 29

Ahmad al-Mansur (Moroccan Arabic) - 12-3=9 - His portrayal is nice, but wrong. He was great diplomat, yes, but also a warrior. He and his brother defeated and killed Portuguese king in a battle and he conquered Songhai to gain control over their gold mines.
Ashurbanipal (Akkadian) - 29
Askia (Zarma) - 23

Theodora (Greek) - 26
William (Dutch) - 29

Ahmad al-Mansur (Moroccan Arabic) - (9-3)=6 I agree with Kimiimaro on this. Ahmad didn't get quite the historically accurate portrayal in BNW.

Bismarck (German) - 26

Pedro II (Brazilian Portuguese) -29
Pocatello (Shoshone language) - 26
Shaka (isiZulu esijulile) - 27
Theodora (Greek) - 26
William (Dutch) - 29

Ahmad al-Mansur (Moroccan Arabic) - 6-3=3 - Nice, but inaccurate. Who will give him the final strike?
Ashurbanipal (Akkadian) - 29
Askia (Zarma) - 23
Augustus Caesar (Latin) - 26
Bismarck (German) - 26
Boudicca (Welsh) - 22

Enrico Dandolo (Venetian) - 30
Gajah Mada (Old Javanese) - 29
Maria I (Portuguese) - 27
Oda Nobunaga (Japanese) - 14+1=15 - Good voice for Oda Nobunaga the backstabber.

Shaka (isiZulu esijulile) - 27
Theodora (Greek) - 26

Bismarck (German) - 26
Boudicca (Welsh) - 22

Enrico Dandolo (Venetian) - 30
Gajah Mada (Old Javanese) - 29
Maria I (Portuguese) - 27
Oda Nobunaga (Japanese) - 15 + 1 = 16 So underrated...

Askia (Zarma) - 23
Augustus Caesar (Latin) - 26
Bismarck (German) - 26
Boudicca (Welsh) - 22
Darius I (Aramaic) - 20 + 1 = 21 (Sounds imperious and suitably royal, especially when he's furious and surprised that you declared war on him)
Dido (Canaanite/Phoenician) - 25
Enrico Dandolo (Venetian) - 30
Gajah Mada (Old Javanese) - 29

Oda Nobunaga (Japanese) - (16+1)=17 Oda's voice is deep, imposing at times, and displays a clear sense of betrayal when attacked.
Pedro II (Brazilian Portuguese) - 29
Pocatello (Shoshone language) - (26-3)=23 His VA has got a good voice, but the use of "Chief Pocatello" (when his actual name and title in Shoshone was something else) and several words meaning "White man" bothers me. What if he's talking to Askia, does he think the Songhai emperor is a "white man"?
