Highresolution is about 4500. I think that's okay for such a guy. If not there are still medium and low resolution models

I think smaller ones will do (would suggest the medium one) because the units are small ingame and you can´t see the details very well (except for flying camera - but that´s only used for screenshots, well... normally).

And do those units come with ready to go animations?

And last but not least! Get some Orc stuff - especially a proper head - out of this game. Plz, plz, plz.

The heads are sheduled for next week, they will be medium or low res. But the Bloodthirster is a big one like the Dragon, for this I really prefer Highres

no sadly not. I think a limited number of bloodthirsters won't ruin your system btw but that's future talk right now. For now it will be just a couple of attachables. But Rabbit's going to get the game too so I think that Bloodthirster will be in sooner or later.

Not mine just stole it from DoW. Have still to figure out how to export it to civ and afterwards someone will have to animate it. Yeah think could be a nice Meshabber or Avatar of Wrath too.

Since you now started working with 3dsMAX too Ploe, I got a question for you:

Do you know how I can import the original cIV .nif files into 3dsMAX?

well actually you can import them with Maya or blender, because import plugins were created for them.

I dont think i actually got the module thing i got the .ini's and assets, but thats all, I put the .ini's in the Civ4 folder and the assests in the assests folder.

Oh goodness, no! :eek:

Never ever put anything in the gamefolders! The mod is meant for the modfolder solely - the whole mod btw not just the ini.

Killamike's right. No direct way to import into Max as far as I know now.

Since JP is unavailable atm I will try to coordinate efforts in order to make an update for the current beta version(post1) to include whatever is already done for the mod. I'm no expert with xml(I can do a bit) and python(totally innocent) so I may not be the most qualified person but I have the determination to get something done here until JP returns. Lets get some discussion and more important doing started here!

Mapmakers

Poeple interested doing some XML, Python, Art are always welcome!

Also poeple just fit in Warhammer Lore and nothing else!

I would like to join the Warhammer Team. I'll have to balance between SW and WH (SW will get priority but I will work very hard on WH) but it would be fun to do a fantasy. I'll know XML and Python and I can model. Just tell me what to do.

Ploep - If you want to PM me your email I have 30 megs of custom ambient sounds (2 sec sounds) that a friend of mine made for the SMAC and FfH mods. I'm sure that there might be some you could use.

I don't know which Kael has used for you to listen to a free sample.

Didn't ask again cause I thought you're to busy with SW now. Please get in contact with Olleus maybe you can share a bit of work (referring to python integration), the mod very likely will need bughunting too and the unitart and formations need a lot of work also(For this contact seZ and Agent009.) I will post a list of unitart I suggest to use in the mod(apart from what's done by me and seZ) tommorow, any further suggestions are welcome. I'd like to discuss anything else what should be in the mod apart from what's already done but still not integrated. Olleus said he will come up with more pythonstuff and maybe SDK modifications by next week. In the meantime you could make yourself familiar with the current betaversion and the regiments mod

Good I'll pm it. But also would be a good idea to put up a link here. It's something I don't want to decide on my own like almost anything else here. I'm just temporarly in charge after all(something I'd rather like to end soon, hope someone's going to reanimate JP)
