Im mostly scottish and german. But i have a tiny bit of french as well.

My dad comes from a scottish family several hundred years back and my mom was from a german and french family hundreds of years back also.

My moms family came to america before the revolutionary war in fact.

Being adopted I have no clue.

Majority Scottish and English, with a little bit of Dutch thrown in.

German/Austrian: 90%
Swedish: about 10%

Im hoping since i have scottish and northern french ancestry that i have some norseman ancestry as well. That would be awesome. :viking:

idk. my last name is hooper and i've heard its either germanic or english.

50% Dutch
50% English

I'm first generation Canadian. Both of my parents were born in their respective countries

Father's side: American (but they used to be primarily French and Irish)
Mom's side: American (but they used to be a European mutt)

Slavic and probably to a small perecntage Iranian, Sarmatian, Scythian Illyrian...and maybe I have one or two Greeks and Turks in my gene pool.

Norwegian, French Canadian, Polish, Irish, and English.

How would you know this at all? Sarmatians haven't existed as a distinct group for around 1800 years while it's been over 2000 years since Scythian tribes were absorbed by another nomadic group. Around 1500 years for Illyrians.

Grandmother (motherside) Swedish.
Grandfather (motherside) His family moved from Sweden to Estonia a few hundred years ago. Estonia has a Swedish minority group (they spoke Swedish but not Estonian)
Grandmother (fatherside) 3/4 french canadien 1/4 irish.
Grandfather (fatherside) french canadien

North/Eastern European Mutt
Swedish, German, English, Welsh, Irish, and French.

I'm kinda Italian at heart for my love of their food... but no known ancestral link...

Dad's side
English (supposedly Aaron Burr was a relation)
Irish (my ex wife was told to check the gene pool before having kids. These folks ended up in Oklahoma during Manifest destiny)
Mom's side
Italian (my grandparents were first generation and are the closest part of my family...they're all nuts with some great stories)

Father's side: American (but they used to be primarily French and Irish)
Mom's side: American (but they used to be a European mutt)

so if both of your parents are american then you must be native american too?
