What could disprove your religious beliefs?

If you look at the scriptures... if you believe in them, if not this is a pointless post but oh well, you can find a few examples of demons doing these things to people. Just a vauge example. And I'm not trying to disprove God For I believe he exists as well, but demons have been know to do strange things, in bible times and in modern times.

:rotfl:

Demons teching me what the bible means. Then why would they want me to learn about God? Maybe the spys and they want me to think that they like the bible. :rotfl: Lisen, if demons can speak to me why can't God?

I'm not talking about whether or not they are relevant to you. To science, if you are going to claim something about the real world that cannot be tested, there is simply no point in trying to validate or invalidate your theory. For example, the theory that life is but a dream cannot be proved or disproved within our world. Therefore, even if it is true, it would be devoid of explanability and the ability to predict, thus irrelevant.

Your right You can't test God with science. Because God made science. God does not work with in the law of science. Before the world there was God, no science. Although you can see the affects of God when we are tuched by God and when the world is tuched bye God.

Hehe Nice sheep.

I didn't say that it WAS demons... I was just saying that they have the capability to do so and have been KNOWn to do so. I said I wasn't trying to disprove you I was just saying that it is possible. If God does speak to you and guide you, which does happen, all the power to you... but people who have killed many people have been known to say that God told then to do so... That is an example of demons blinding someone to thinking that God want's them to do this. One again I wasn't saing it was demons... I was just saying that they are able to do it. :)

Only curious: How was God created, under the Christian point of view? Wouldn't the Creator need to be created Himself? And if He's existed infinitely long, who's to say that our multiverse, especially Level III and IV parallel universes, hasn't been around infinitely as well? And did God just get bored at some point and decide to create us?

Evolution can disprove my religion

since I don't exactly have a religion there wouldn't really be anything to disprove. I'm either an atheist or agnostic who really doesn't care very much about whether or not God exists. Presumably if he spoke directly to me I'd be convinced otherwise. even if it was just a halucination, if I actually halucinated it I doubt I'd be in a state of mind to question it.

Amazing. Its the 21st century and two people are online debating whether what one of them is hearing is god or demons. Humans are inherently illogical, doesnt matter what year it is. Ever hear of schizophrenia? Oh never mind, dont listen to me I might be a demon:rolleyes:

I see your point, which is why I've stopping trying to push my beliefs on other people.

What could disaprove my religious beliefs? Well I'm not religious anymore but what did disaprove my former beliefs was the sound of my voice when I was trying to convice others of the existence of god and the myth of creation. I was a total dumbass back-then...

indeed.... if you're hearing voices you belong in a mental institute, not a church.
And what makes you say that? It's impossible that God could really be speaking to him? (Plus, he's not hearing voices.)

just that this is a common symptom of mental illness, but not a common attribute of religious people. A much greater percentage of mentally ill people believe that they are actually being spoken to by some being that is not percieved by the rest of the population as they go about their daily lives than religious people. This would seem to indicate there is a greater chance he is insane than actually being contacted by God. A simply psychiatric examination might be useful in determining if this is indeed the case.

@Brad,
Sorry for being so mean. Yeah some times that happends but it's not happening me. I know this because God has said things that mach up with the bible, and I have never killed any one and I hope I never will.

I don't think your going to believe me but. Many people here God not with ears but in the spirit. Thats because many people are so religious that they never get in contact with God. God just wants us to worship Him and love Him, He could care less if you go to church and do all those religious things. At least my God does. Also this is not the only thing that God dose in my life (and many people that I know).

1 Seeing whats going to happen before it happens.
2 God speeking to me.
3 God healing me.
4 God just showing me what to do.
5 My spirit being tuched by the holy spirit (God) When that happens I shake and some times fall to the ground.
6 Speeking in tungs, knowing what people say in tungs and anything that has to do with tungs.
I could go on and on...

Can any one disprove that?

You say God doesn't care if we go to church, He just wants us to worship Him. You think worshipping is important to Him? You are crazy then. I will tell you that your God does not exist. It is one of many fabricated Gods made by man, for man. You are not worshiping a true God. You are worshiping a created God. Wouldn't it be better to just worship the man that created your God?

1) You claim to see the future? Psychotic delusional.

2) You have any fillings or braces?

3) I guess God is in the aspirin, not just the television eh?

4) God is a hunch.

5) Epileptic seizures. Isn't that a form of handicap, thus a DEMON is in you? We should drive you off a cliff! Be glad I don't know where you live or I'd find a cliff near you and we'd be in business.

6) I have heard this 'speaking in tongues' and it is BS. I have heard people fake it just to fit in. Peer pressure at church...

You can go on and on. So can I.
