But don't you want Umbacano's perfectly-styled, Hershey Kiss hair?

I also played my old copy of Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga but I've already beaten it and got a 94% complete.
I/we have this one on PC, and I know what you mean about completion-fatigue! It's been a while since I last played (my boys got bored first, but so did I later: we're now playing LEGO Harry Potter and Clone Wars instead), but IIRC, my most recent save was/is at about 98%.

(I know I'm still missing some pickups from Episode III, Chapter 6, but that level is such a pain to complete that I couldn't be bothered with it anymore!)
I wanted to try and get to 100% complete but the game does not do a good job of telling you what you're missing or where
Maybe it's different on your version, but in the PC-version, when I move to any door for an episode-chapter, I get a pop-up telling me how many Minikit-sections I already found from there. And at some point (on Free Play, I think) I also found and then activated one or more Red Bricks (Extras) that pointed me towards the other still-hidden Red Bricks and/or Minikits.

Failing that, there are also some fairly comprehensive walkthroughs at places like YouTube and MobyGames that detail the locations of all secrets/pickups, and how you activate them. And IIRC, for 100% completion, you also have to play through all the Bonus Levels (accessed from the Cantina) and Bounty Hunter missions (accessed from out in the yard, the Jabba the Hutt door).

Years ago, I 100% the Lego Indiana Jones game (not the remake) and I think I got to 99% or so on Lego Star Wars Complete Saga. I did everything except two of the the one-hour rush-throughs of each of the film chapters. I did however recently re-complete the two Lego Harry Potter games to an extremely high percentage (I need to go back and check to see if I did actually 100% either of them).

So the game does tell you what you need in each level, only it lies. So for example, most of the doors to go to levels show I have 10/10 blue kits. Except that some of the levels don't say how many kits I have, they just have a 'X' under the blue kits, which I assume means I'm missing some kits in that level. So I played through the level, using a youtube tutorial to guide me because I wanted to find the missing kits and confirm the 'X' means I'm missing some. Only I went through the entire level, went to each kit location and it turned out I already had them all in that level. So I don't know what the 'X' means and there are like 4 levels with 'X' marked for the blue kits and I have no desire to play through each and every one to find out which levels I am actually missing blue kits in. I have no idea how to figure it out other than sinking a bunch of time in it.

I have Lego Batman on Wii but idk why I bought it. The Star Wars lego games are awesome and I guess I thought I'd have fun with another Lego game but I have 0 interest in Batman so I'm probably not going to play it until I have kids that want to play it with me. I did buy a Lego Star Wars game of one of the new SW movies on PS4 but it's stupid hard and not fun. They puzzles are more difficult and take a long time to figure out and the controls really suck. A huge part of the appeal of the SW Legos game on Wii was that I could mindlessly play through it but the PS4 game takes more skill and consideration to get through than I feel is warranted in a Legos title. It's just not fun.

I spent a lot of time in Sim City DS yesterday and actually had fun. It's definitely a game of patience. I got to around 11,000 citizens but I'm only making ~$100 per month so expansion is really slow. Also, the game randomly deletes my water towers and power plants. There are frequent fires in the forest well outside my city and I think that because my firefighters don't put them out (I'm not building roads out to every single random tree fire out in the boonties), the game penalizes me for an out of control fire by destroying infrastructure randomly. It sucks.

Also, the game uses the graphics from Sim City 3000 except it looks horrible on the tiny screen and the game runs really slow as a result. Still, it's Sim City.

The Red Bricks are vital to any complete play-through, as they put arrows on screen pointing to where you need to go.

I have all those, I'm pretty sure. I think the only thing I'm missing are some blue kits in some of the levels, but the game doesn't make it clear which levels are missing kits (or how many).

Was that Orlando Centowksi in the first shot? (He's the teen with a tan T-shirt, jean shorts and socks with sandals.) He romanced one of my 2nd-gen Sims and became Captain Hero. :)

I think so. This was in one of my old neighbourhoods.

....that works.

Hey, it's still on Steam!

Capitalism is not supposed to work this way.

Yes, but it's not fun. :( I miss fighting with two old friends with early-days Wiremod and the Stargate mod on a city skyscraper map.

Now it's all polished, and there are them game modes, and what-have-you. I miss the nostalgia I suppose.

I guess you've never played Roller Coaster Tycoon.

I liked to give away free drinks and then charge $50 for the bathrooms. :smug:

I thought you just said "capitalism is not supposed to work this way."

Can I still stay in the closet ? .....

Sorry for that outburst of the x-mas spirit

As long as you two can kiss and make up. :mischief:
