The contestants are...

- Physics (includes particle physics, astrophysics, mechanics, electrostatics/dynamics)
- Chemistry (includes bonding, reactivity, nature of materials, chemical engineering [for fuels and such])
- Biology (includes ecology, astrobiology, origins of "life", live processes)

I vote biology.

mathematics.

Anthropology has, is, and will always be the most important field of science for humans. Because understanding humans means much more to people than any new lab-created chemical.

Math is an art, rather than a science, IMO.

So, figuring out our history is the most important topic for our future? Explain, please.

Biology, for bioengineering / biomedical engineering possibilities, though there's a lot of overlap here with chemistry.

Of those listed physics, really its math because all good science is a form of applied mathematics.

If in other sciences we should arrive at certainty without doubt and truth without error, it behooves us to place the foundations of knowledge in mathematics.
Mathematics, everything, it is so intertwined you can't really pick out one, if I did it would be computing

Keeping Earth livable for humans is more important than understanding them. Kind of like being able to take care of a woman is more important than understanding her.

Anthropology is important, no doubt, but far from the most important.

That's what biological anthropology is for.
