Note: It can't be a language you have already studied or know. For example, i speak Polish, English, was taught french in school in canada,(it counts even though i can't speak it..) and spanish, which my mom tried to teach me. For me all those would be left out, and i would choose another language, like italian for example.

Everybody here speaks English so it's left out of the poll.

---

I'd like to learn German personally, but only after i perfect my spanish and french and learn how to write better in Polish.

I'm sorry if i missed an obvious language on the poll.

I'm learning Chinese so I guess it would be cheating to say that...

GAELIC

MASSIVE Poll coming up, stay tuned!

You live next to Germany and learned French and Spanish first?

Das ist nicht gut für dich.

I'm studying German right now. If I ever get a third one, it would be Ancient Greek. Or Spanish.

Uh, probably Spanish.

I was going to say Chinese, but I already have a very rudimentary education in it, so it's disqualified.

well i can pick out phrases in german, you just said "that isn't good for you" right?

French came to me from Canada and my mom is latin so she tried to tech me.

Jew. I want to speak fluent Jew. I will get a nice townhouse in Israel and speak the Jew.

Vietnamese. Because German and Arabic are already disqualified.

EDIT: And Greek and Latin are similarly disqualified.

I've worked a little on Hangul for personal reasons, so I guess that one is out of the running.

I'd like to learn as many of the Turkic languages as I can for more professional reasons, and Russian might be helpful too.

I am taking Chinese right now, so that doesn't count. Arabic and Hindi (NOT HINDU!) I will hopefully be able to take as well. I intend to learn Spanish on my own this spring. So I guess the one I most want to learn that's not in my plans is French.

(Polish and Dutch would be really cool, actually...)

Should have read the OP before voting, as French and Spanish (which I voted for), would be disqualified for me.

So of the others, probably Mandarin

"Hindu"? Really? I assume Hindi ;)

Anyways, Arabic by a longshot. I think reading the Qu'ran to see what all the rage is about would be nice, and there's a lotta opportunity out there; plus, the military needs people who can speak Arabic, so there're career opportunities too.

Русский (Russian)
한국어 (Korean)

Currently learning French, so that's off the list.

Sorry U and I are next to each other on the keyboard...

I dropped out of French my freshmen year of high school in favour of German. I don't consider that as a language I actually studied though.

... then I moved to a very bilingual city on the border with Quebec. Oops.
