Sgt. Peppers in 2nd

Abbey Road.

"Symphony #9" in d minor, by Beethovin. The 1963 Cleveland Orchestra version with Stokowski.

Ray of Light by Madonna

Too hard to choose, but for tonight I'll say VU with Nico

Every album on that list is fantastic (even though quite a few don't tickle my fancy) but...

Yeah.

Rubber Soul has always been my favorite Beatles Album. But as with before, this poll needs more Grateful Dead.

Oh, wait, Rolling Stone sucks. Uh...Nevermind, then.

Bob Dylan, Blonde on Blonde

But, I have to write-in the following...

Guns 'N' Roses, Appetite for Destruction
Any album by Led Zeppelin
Any of the first four Metallica albums
Rage Against the Machine, Evil Empire

So many great albums out there that belong on that list.

Rolling Stone made it, blame them. And a few ARE farther down on the list, it had 500 songs, but CFC polling only allows 25 options.

In case anyone is wondering - that is the top 25 albums from The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time from Rolling Stones magazine - it is their choice, so don't whine about not having some genres. Link

From that list i chose Velvet Underground i guess - but London Calling was really close behind. Nirvana's would be third.

Wow tough choice! Thing is, as much as I love Abbey Road, Rubber Soul, The White Album, Thriller (yeah I love that album! Curiously I don't like anything else MJ has done, but Thriller is fantastic), Appetite For Destruction and the first 4 Metallica albums like John HSOG added, my favorite album I think is:

Led Zeppelin IV. Something about the bluesy rock mixed with LOTR that speaks to me on an almost spiritual level.

From the list, Nevermind.

Otherwise, Iron Maiden's The Number of the Beast.

From the list, Nevermind.

Bloc Party - Silent Alarm
The Living End - The Living End
and Muse - Origin of Symmetry

are my 3 favourites, and I refuse to pick a single favourite.
