YES!!! i did it!!!! at last i got her to change direction. now what?

At start there was "a twitch" when my brain clearly tried to form the image but counter-clockwise by focusing at the shadows of her feet and cannot understand how it could be in any other way.

Cannot make her change direction even if I wanted to.
It's stuck on my mind now.

Just realized that the trick is that there's no trick.

It all depends whether you look it turning away from you in right as counting it moving clockwise or coming to face you from left counting it moving anti-clockwise.

So nothing special, it just depends where you put your concentration or perception point on. In reality if you determine her moving of the shadows of the legs, it's anti-clockwise when facing directly the monitor.

So far I haven't been able to get the girl to spin anti-clockwise. I must be pretty heavily right brain oriented.

Just looking at the list of traits for right brain vs left brain it looks to me like left brain has most of the traits most universally admired by our culture. Sucks to be right brain I guess?

edit: Just figured out how to make her change direction! Just look at the legs, and eventually she'll change!

Try blinking really rapidly in succession and the chick might switch over. FWIW I always see the chick spinning counter-clockwise at first, but I can blink to get her to go clockwise (may have to blink for a while, then look away, then look back).

Anyways, I'm assuming the necro of this thread is no coincidence.

I think you have it mixed up

If clockwise, then you use more of the right side of the brain and vice versa.

Most of us would see the dancer turning anti-clockwise though you can try to focus and change the direction; see if you can do it.

Left handed supposedly use the right side of their brain more than their left and right handed people generally use the left side of their brain (or so I thought).

Or are you trying to make a point there?
