The person at my work who uses Windows 7 can't say enough good things about it, and it seems fine the little I have used it.
Didn't notice we talked about 6GB ram.
I've always heard that 64 bit windows(xp and probably vista) had really bad driver support. Personally I have 8 GB ram, and dual boot linux and 32 bit xp (too bad my windows can only use around 3.2 GB of that ram).
You're doing something wrong. XP, Vista and 7 all run fine for me a month at a time without any crashes, I only reboot for patch Tuesday.
I see. I couldn't remember hearing anything bad about vista64, but since xp was so bad I thought Vista was the same.
edit: But I still don't think I want to spend a lot of money to buy Vista. Looking at one of the biggest internet computer stores in Norway, vista premium costs 350 usd(converted from nok, and I borrowed my current xp from a friend so I can't upgrade). You can get very, very decent cpu for the same price.
No it's the game.It crashes my gaming to a clean desktop.
Nothing wrong with any of my games. I don't have any viruses or such. That leaves the OS![]()
