I'm pushing for more economic expansion and exploration of the techs as opposed a race for the next tech. Additionally I'm hoping that the rules won't have to change too much this time!

Still sore/agitated about this? So I didn't know what you specifically allowed in certain situations beyond those vaguely stated in the OP as was the case 70% of the time, maybe I should have just stayed peaceful and industrious for the entire NES then.

Actually you didn't ask much more about what could/couldn't be done than the other players, it was the constant demand for probability assignments to your actions that took up the time.

True that. I unconsciously forge other people's signatures when I'm around them...that is I use their style to write my own name. Should be careful.

I have a combat probability calculator, that's what I used.

I'm debating whether to release it or not, but if your going to ask probability questions I might release it. It is VERY basic, and its what I used in SysNes.

I'm disappointed in you Kal - didn't you realise that setting components to 100 and damage to 1 on that spreadsheet will give you a rough "to hit" perecentage chance?
