My NES is up! Feel free to browse, join, criticise the ruleset, not join, criticise the map or join :D

Yeah I get that, the question is merely why would it be wrong to brainwash those immigrants :p

Terrance is a silver-tongued devil... imagine his terrible power if he commanded a horde of IOTers. ;)

Hey, for those of you who have been in GalaxyNES in the past, or would be interested in a low-stats NES set in a medium-soft science fiction setting, I'm updating the NES regularly again, and I'd love if more people would toss their hat in the ring and take part. Even if you're not confident about your writing, just a small bit of creative direction and a post or two a week can go a long way. :D

The sad thing is, he already does.

writing music is fun

learning about music is fun

writing an analysis of a mozart piece is kinda dull and i'm bad at it

Every time you procrastinate, Captain Falcon kills one of the DragonBallZ characters. Please, think of the DragonBallZ characters.

The good news is, they'll take their sweet time in dying, so there's no rush.

This makes me feel like some kind of evil Abaddon-SP1023 hybrid who not only recruits lots of new members, but recruits spammers AND makes them join the same NESes they themselves are playing for unfair advantages.

Honestly, what do you take me as? An IOTer? I always wear my hazmat suit when I go over, promise!

Just found an incredibly old, very faded picture of a soldier in my equally old book about the Boer War. I fully believe it to be a personal photo, not part of the book. Any recommendations on what to do with it?

Get a value estimate and sell to a collector? (if you're not into that sort of thing yourself of course)

Well, the book itself in is poor condition. I like going yard-saling, and auctioning to get books of this type, for a personal collection (which is quite large, I'm satisfied to say!).

I'd scan the picture, but I don't have a scanner. It's a very poor photo, to say the least, and it's mostly white (I imagine from the flash), only the faint picture of a soldier can be seen on the one side. It is very neat though, assuming it's real. I wish I had the ability to show you all/other people.

I guess this raises the question on how to properly maintain some of the older books I've come across.
