Who would you save?

Besides, for all we know, the other two might grow up to be serial killers.

I'd save my daughter, because she is my daughter. I'd probably try(and given the scenario, fail) to save the kids once she was safe, but family takes priority over strangers in my book. Though, if I had a daughter, she would be taught how to swim before being let loose on the beach.

Nice illusion of a choice. Your instincts would force you to save your daughter.

My daughter, its not my fault the other kids parents aren't supervising their kids.

My daughter, obviously.

I'm not sure why it would be more rational to save complete strangers instead of my daughter. Besides, I think I'd get my butt kicked by divine lightning or something when the Caesar princess shows up at the pearly gates and tells St. Peter, "I'm here because my Dad decided not to help me from drowning..."

Daughter all the way. She's mine.

I believe that the rational thing would be to save my kid, not the stranger...

This has just been annoying me: Nothing says the kids can't swim. It just says they're drowning. Most people who drown know how to swim . . .

If I saw my daughter drowning it would be the only thing happening in the world at that moment. Even if I saw the other kids drowning first once I realized my own daughter was drowning they would cease to exist.
I wouldn't choose my daughter over them, I simply would not even realize I had a choice.

I'd save my daughter first, then I would hurry back to try save the other 2 kids. Even if the odds looked slim at that time, you still gotta try.
