Wrong UA for Custom Civs

I just installed a large amount of custom civs from the Steam Workshop (a lot of JFD's, TPangolin, Sukr
itact, MC, Mez's Japan, etc) to add some much needed variety to my games. Unfortunately a good amount, maybe 60%, have incorrect UAs. All of them have Maria Theresa's Habsburg diplomacy which makes a good chunk of these civs unplayable and wouldn't be fun playing against either.
I admittedly do have a large collection of other mods running including JFD's Rise to Power, a lot of Whoward's pick n mix mods, EUI, and IGE.
The custom civs are unplayable and defeats the purpose of having them if they all share the same UA and also boring to play against as an AI. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

if you want implement and rebalance some custom civs, somewhere in forum is thread for it led by enginseer. try propose to add those civs there.

This is a mod conflict caused by the custom civs, not the Community Patch. Please contact the mod makers for those mods for a solution.
 
I wasn't sure if it was from the custom civs or the Community Patch. Thanks everyone.
