so far, I've updated when only one person is left whom hast submitted orders, and I wouldnt mind keeping it that way.
about 55% of an NES is the moderator, ususally; the other 45 is the players; for an NES to keep going, players have to active, they have to be interested, thier cant be to many of them, and they have to keep orders relitivlly simple, so as not to overwelm the mod. obviouslly, different mods have different quotas for whats too much in orders, but essentially, thats the whole thing in a nut shell; interesting players, interesting nations= interesting NES, and an interested mod
