a template is never fancy...its a template...as long as it is an acurate guide for a diplo screen it will be used Im sure...
as it happens, I need to make a diplo screen for Narnia(it will be my first) and this is prolly gonna turn out pretty useful

This is a template for anyone attempting to design a new diplomacy screen, specifically the counter.pcx. The points shown on the template refer to either the corners of each of the text-boxes or the corners of the civ-portrait. By temporarily laying this template over your new prospective graphic, you can be sure that each of your new graphic elements will be positioned properly. With slight modifications, this can also be used for the consider and talk_offer.pcx's.
