another ruddy sci fi mod...

ok. i've been hunting for ages and have come to the conclusion that i need help. so if anyone wants, they can help me.

1: i need to get a resource pcx done right. when i try, it goes all black in the game- done
2: i need a tech tree- done
3: i need a unit line-up- done
4: i need costom terrain (if possible) but otherwise, could u find decent spacey style terrain?- nearly done

The most probable cause for this is that the pcx doesn't have the appropriate colour depth (specifically 8 bits/256 colours).

i have it set to 256 colours. i'm using both paintshop pro x AND photoshop but it still won't work.

Sounds like you need everything...Im willing to do a resource PCX for ya if you send/tell me what goes in it

Hmmm. So you make a sci fi mod too. I can help you with these things. Try downloading my mod. A space terrain and a ressource.pcx are included in the part one (i forgot where i found them and the ressource file is not really good for sci fi but it contains 500 ressources). For the techtree the only help i can give you is some tech names that are on the forum (try the link below). I need tech too so if you have ideas please say them.

We could also make a mod together or help us mutually. What do you think of that?

just curious as Quinzy doesnt seem to have a story line, and Tak seems to be trying to remedy that...Who should have read what?...I see nothing that "Should have been read" and what does age have to do with it?...
