You could just look at the thread where people announce their creations for inclusion in these front-page announcements. Or indeed just keep an eye on the downloads database, where everything goes, including files that don't get announced here (because people didn't post about them in the aforementioned thread).

What Plotinus said. The other alternatives are a lot of work. OTOH any member can start a thread. Maybe some enterprising person that thinks this is important can start and maintain such a thread.
