Cuba refuses to acknowledge the ongoing perfidy and betrayal which is ultimately the corrupt and confused remnants of the UNSA. We continue our support for the legitimate government of Texas, and we officially condemn the governments signing this treaty with the devil. If you all choose to go to hell, we will not follow. The treaty sounds much like the Treaty of Rome, and we hope that in twenty-five years, when the socialist threat rises again and consumes you whole, that you remember our words, the voices of those who continued to fight the scourge of humanity from North America.

The Republic of China would like to make it known it finds any treaty which increases the power of the Communist nations abhorrent. We feel we should remind you that the Communists are not content to simply sit and stew in their own filth. Indeed, less than twelve years ago these very same socialist powers made attempts to forcibly subdue the legitimate government of China and place it in the hands of Communist rebels.
The Chinese were originally sympathetic to the Communists. China, The UCNA and SUSA had a very close working relationship during the Unification Wars. This was before they betrayed us however. Despite our pleas not to recognize the communists rebels within our country and to continue to work with the democratic government of China, SUSA and the UCNA did not. They actively funded an illegal organization and sent forces to fight against the Republic. We have learned our lesson however. We do no do not trust the Communists and we believe it is a mistake for the Allied Powers to do so. You hand them Texas now, but a decade later what will it be? The Algonquin in their entirety? New France or even half of the Virginian Empire?

There is little good capitalist nations can do against the vast hordes of communism.
If you want to blame someone for the Treaty, blame Georgia and France who have split the coalition against communism in half with their blatant warmongering and opportunistic wars.
Strange that there weren't outcries against Georgia when they destroyed any chance the East Coast had against communism when they backstabbed Louisiana.
Strange that there weren't outcries against France when they tricked European powers into helping the capitalist cause in North America, only to have their lands surprise-attacked by invading French armies.
If there is one alliance that is promoting the communist agenda the most, it is the Axis.

Say what you lies you will about the Axis. At least they do not surrender a long time ally's sovereignty to the enemy without their consent. Perhaps if the Allied Powers had the same sense of solidarity that the Axis Powers possess, they would not be in their current situation.

Though Russia is not please with the outcome of the treaty, considering the favorable conditions granted to the ISCG we must also note that it was not Russian lives that were lost in the conflict. Untold millions have died in this war and those who have not been a part of it should not so lightly call the sacrifices made by the Allies meaningless.
