1. The area formerly under the rule of the Republic of Texas shall become a sovereign state under the governing of the Socialist Republic of Texas.

2. No military forces from ISCG, NATO, and the Republic of New England may operate within the SRT.

3. The SRT is barred from joining alliance with any foreign nation(s)

We strongly suggest that both parties consider this as it is now the only issue that remains.

The UCNA has already provided its solution to the situation in Texas. The above solution is not considered acceptable.

I don't want to send my orders until a peace agreement between the feuding North American powers is made (they've been written on the assumption of a peace agreement), so if we could come to one soon, please?

IC: The SUSA concurs with the UCNA in regards to Texas and the proposed clauses by Russia. The UCNA's terms are more acceptable.

Yeah, EQ posted that he was pushing back the deadline by a couple days but hadn't decided how many yet.

Treaty of Baton Rouge​

1. All hostilities between the Allied nations and the UCNA (and Metis Syndicate) will cease.

2. The UCNA will evacuate all military assets from Louisiana.

3. 50km DMZ will be established on the Louisiana side of the Texan border.

4. An independent Peoples Republic of Texas will be established with a 100km DMZ on the Texan side of the Louisiana border.

5. All Allied forces in Lakota territory will be withdrawn.

6. All Allied forces in the Metis Syndicate will be withdrawn.

7. A 3-mile corridor of land connecting the UCNA to the Metis Syndicate will be transferred from the Algonquin Nation to the UCNA. In exchange, an identical sized piece of land will be transferred from the UCNA to Algonquin Nation from the southern border.

8. The UCNA will renounce all support for the failed Nicaraguan communists.

9. The UCNA will renounce all support for the failed Canadian communists.

10. All prisoners of war will be exchanged.
