And this will be decided between you and Venezuela with no Cuba? I never knew treaties could work that way!

I give you an e-hug in exchange for the following:
- you give me an e-hug back
- Circuit gets an economic crash
- Crezth's leader dies of a heart attack
- Warman's parliament building explodes with the parliament in it
- Luckymoose's generals and admirals stage two independent coups
- we agree to mutual e-hugging for the next 10 turns
I await your response!
(FYI this is my third ever post here without direct connection to the game; the others were a pair of "pc + 1"s intended to mock those goddamn orders sent posts)

To: Paraguay, Peru, Venezuela
From: SUSA
Please respond to our earlier diplomatic messages. We are committed to peace.

We cannot agree to such a treaty, as mutual e-hugging for 10 turns would be too "homosexual," unless of course you are really an attractive woman, in which case, we will have to insist upon 50 turns of ehugging. Also we insist on a third coup for luckymoose, so we can include the air force as well.
To SUSA
From New England, Allies
Speaking on behalf of the Allies in South America, we can agree in principle to all points listed by SUSA, save the issue of Guyana. We feel that a referendum should be held to see whether or not they wish to remain a part of SUSA or go independent.
We would also appreciate a pledge from SUSA that they will not interfere in the United Atlantic Cities fight for freedom, or that they will help to end the conflict peaceably by encouraging their Argentine allies to allow those who wish to leave their nation to do so.
To Irish Republic:
From Scotland:
Surrender is out of the question, for we would not only betray our Allies but the Scotish soldiers that died in this war as well as their families. Scotish honnor dictates that we fight the English for even suggesting that we turn our backs on our Allies.
OOC: It seems Mel Gibson has been placed in charge of Scottish military affairs.
To: New England
From: SUSA
Those terms seem reasonable. While we will not recognize the UAC, we believe the war is more costly and no longer worth pursuing. We hope the Argentine government will agree.
The Treaty of Wilhemsburg shall be modified to read as such:
1. Venezuela will withdraw all forces out of the SUSA.
2. The SUSA will withdraw her forces out of Colombia.
3. The SUSA will renounce claim to Venezuela, Colombia, and Peru.
4. Venezuela will renounce all claim to Georgetown and Wilhelmsburg.
5. A plebiscite shall be held in Guyana, with the following options:
a. Guyana shall remain a colony of Cuba.
b. Guyana shall become independent.
c. Guyana shall become a part of the Socialist Union of South America.
6. The Guyanan plebiscite shall be monitored by Cuba and the SUSA.
7. Free elections shall be held in Bolivia, and the disputed land currently occupied by Peru shall be turned over to the Bolivian government (including former Chilean territory).
8. Elections shall be monitored by Peru, New England, and the SUSA.
9. A peace shall be established between Cuba, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, New England, and the SUSA.
10. The SUSA shall be permitted free and unhindered trade with the UCNA immediately.
11. A nonaggression pact shall be signed between the SUSA and Venezuela, Colombia, and Peru for 15 years.
12. The SUSA shall not interfere in the rebellion of the UAC.
14. This treaty shall be nullified if any of these terms are violated.
Signed, Luis Carlos Prestes
Chairman of the Socialist Party of the Socialist Union of South America
EDIT: Oops, forgot to revise #2.
New England signs
From: SUSA
May South America prosper from this peace!
And we hope New England will respond soon to our offer on taking the French refugees.
OOC: I just noticed that there's a big hole where Clause 13 might go.
