A Brave New World Part 2

We would propose the following treaty to our fellow men of the Cities:

Treaty of Buenos Aires

1: the Argentine Collectives Federation (from here on AFC) will withdraw all troops from (and claims upon) the territory currently occupied by the United Atlantic Cities {from here on UAC)

2: Likewise, the UAC will withdraw all troops from (and claims upon) the territory currently owned by the ACF.

3: All hostilities between UAC and ACF and their respective allies should halt.

The SUSA signs.

The UAC agrees and supports the previously mentioned treaties.

New England signs

Prussia to SUSA and New England

Dear beloved neighbor New England and Socialist Union of South America;
albeit bad for the cause of the Axis, Prussia wishes to show our concern for justice and as a sign of goodwill towards the Vikings, to support the return of Hawaii to Sweden.
Regardless of any bad blood that exists from Holland's forces leaving the theater and Sweden losing its ability to take back its land we do not wish to see communism take land that does not belong to it. We unilaterally support this measure.

From: SUSA

It is not within our ability to return Hawaii to Sweden; Hawaii is under the control of the UCNA, not the SUSA. But even if it were within our power, we believe that the ISCG and the Worker's cause has more to offer for the Hawaiian people than Sweden does, and we would not buckle to the whining of the few capitalists on the island.

Prussia to SUSA
Our apologies; and I would like to formally readress the earlier message to Dear Neighbor New England and the United Collectives of North America.

Haven't you heard?

Spoiler :
The Finns were unwilling to rebel in Sweden, so they moved to Africa.

To Korea
From Russia:

After lengthy discussion with the ministries we have come to a final peace negotiation:

Treaty of Harbin:
1) Korea will return all captured land including Hokkaido
2) Korea will end its vassalage of Japan
3) Korea will turn over all other Japanese islands to Japan
4) Korea will turn over all Chinese holdings to the Republic of China
5a) Korea's army will not exceed 100 brigades
5b) Korea will not be permitted to have a navy
5c) Korea will not be permitted to have an air force
6) Korea's current air force and navy will be handed over to Russian authorities.
7) Korea will hand over any and all military scientific knowledge including, but not limited to, all military blueprints.

Failure to sign will result in the temporary occupation of Korea, the enforcement of this treaty, and the removal of the Korean monarchy.

Said treaty is a spit in the face of the Korean people, we will never sign such a humiliating document.

We are waiting for an offer of peace from you. Do not disappoint us, and we will be generous.

To concerned citizens of Italy

We have heard your concerns of fraud in the voting process, and thus will hold an official recount in these disputed areas, the ballots in question to be recounted by committees containing members of every political party that received more than 5% of the popular vote in this most recent of elections.

Edit:
@EQ:
Ezochi was never renamed to Hokkaido in this timeline :p. Which makes the Ainu-genociding only the more ironic.

@LordIggy+Crezth:
Heh, sorry.
