We would like to make it clear that Tsar Nicholas said no such thing, and advise all involved parties to calm down and see this as what it really is: simply a small joke made by the Bulgarian Tsar to his confidential friends, which was picked up by the media of the Balkan countries and blown out of proportion. No one wants to go to war with anyone else; in fact, a war right now would be disastrous to everyone's economy, no matter how it turns out.
