A great update, EQ! And it was great to see that my efforts to bring down the QNM were successful! It was a pity that the submarine plans didn't go through, though. Also, a small mistake in the update: in the European Cup article, it says "Budapest, Romania". It should be "Budapest, Hungary" or "Bucarest, Romania".

Did I say 9/12/09?? whoops I ment to say 9/9/39 (sorry got caught in real date not NES date, still by 8:30 eastern standerd time) so which means you guys have 4 years to make a peace treaty, and that goes for my non-agression pact with Virginia, Georgia, and New England( dead- line for the Virginia, Georgia, and New England non-agression pact is accutally going to be by the end of next year)
