Leaderheads: animated (i.e. picking from the pile of mostly slushy piles of obviously-ripped-off existing-leaderheads leaderheads) or static (picture large enough)?

Modding Civ4 is probably easy. We could start with a Civs mod then work up from there. :)

Well, I think static would do, at least. You have modding skills?

Let me try! I don't think I've really made that big of a presence on this forum, but what the hey.

Now, the second important issue. Your CIVILIZATION. I believe that each leaederhead should be represented by an appropriate civilization that could show the "peak" of the NESer's abilities; Fx. Crezth's France in ABNW. LINES II must have lots of those heyday nations that players would approve of representing their NESing 'careers'.

Civilization: Confederate States of America
Color: Gray
UU: Riflemen of some sort
UB: Fort Sumter (increases city defense)
.

*cough* You wish!

Technically, Confederate slavery was closer to serfdom in Civilization IV civic terms (focus on agrarian development rather than grandiose urban construction). Actually, so was Roman slavery, and indeed most forms of slavery in general whenever they are prominent enough to warrant a civic change. Russian serfdom was much closer to Civilization IV Slavery, though. Bah, humbug.

How would you classify Hu'ut slavery (If you know the details)? Technically, one of the reasons it was integrated was that it had the peasants locked under the wings of their masters; they were unable to revolt as they were dependent on the nobles' military in order to control their slaves. It is something in between anyways.

It's difficult. I still would say that it was closer to Civ IV Serfdom than to Civ IV Slavery, but then you did have some grandiose building projects, didn't you?

Before Hu'ut's downfall, Hiuttu undersaw several magnificent beautifications and mass constructions of monuments. However, I'm not so sure about the inclusion of slave labour in those specific projects; I didn't decide it myself. I think that slavery was most widely used in agriculture.

Yes, slaves were used, though like Egypt's pyramids, later accounts of them greatly exaggerate their importance to the project.
