Capital is listed in the stats, one min in wiki will tell you where it is.
Also, "Capitals" didn't really exist in this time.. the court went where-ever the king did.
(I will add them when I can be arsed, or give a cookie to whoever does it first)
Continuing Forward
The people of Bernicia are new to the Isle, they travelled from the mainland until they found a good spot to land. And they landed in force. It has been a few years since they landed, but they now have a firm grip on Bernicia and are starting to make ready for the next war to grow. Lead by King Ida and his sons Crown Prince Theoric, Prince Adda, and Prince Inse
King Ida stood with his son Prince Theoric staring at the horizon as the sun set. They both were imposing figures looking out over the landscape as if seeing how far they could go in this new land. My son, spoke King Ida, soon you will be wed as the enemy has seen our strength and wishes for peace. And being a wise and cunning ruler he knows that bonds of blood will outlast any mere words. King Ida stopped speaking for a few moments; Prince Theoric also remained silent as he could see that his father was not awaiting a reply he was simply thinking of the right way to say whatever was coming next. The sun continued to slink behind the horizon leading the world to sleep. King Ida drew a deep breath and waved his hand in the direction of Bernician land. This will be yours to rule when I am gone. What will I leave you? Will it be a minor kingdom waiting to be plucked? King Ida made a fist and shook it at the sky as if defying god. No! I will leave you a kingdom of greatness! And to commemorate this moment we will throw a huge celebration for your wedding! The pair smiled and began to walk back to Bamburgh.
The next morning King Ida revealed that there would be a royal wedding soon and began to make preparations for the festival to celebrate it. Bards were summoned and competitions would be held. Prince Theoric left the hectic planning going on around his father and wandered off to clear his head and prepare for the next big step in his life. He had never met her before, but his duty as a royal of Bernicia was clear, and she was bringing a very nice dowry with her as well. As Prince Theoric walked he watched the fishermen go out and tend the nets, the merchants sell their wares, the women take care of children at play, and he thought about what a glorious future awaits.
@Abaddon Please change my monarch to Ida and also the religion for Bernicia should be the Celtic Church (christian) if possible. (did research on Bernicia) Thanks.

It is advisable to spend some, but it is not a must.
With a bit of GTD's things will run better, you will have fewer losses etc. You can ensure noone rebels, you can buy friends.
These GTD's can be used for ANYTHING.. and at quite small divisions.
E.G Give your Atheling's 5GTD.. they will like that
Spend 10GTD on a throne.. sure pesants might dislike it, but it will impress rivals
etc etc! Amaze me with your random little expendatures.. I gave you it in small units for a reason!
