(I feel prejudice is a kind of oxymoron because you can't judge something without knowing about it at all and at some point prejudicsm has to become just judicsm right?)
I can talk a bit for norway, and like at the russian border in eastern finnmark people seem to be pretty russophillic but they're a small minority, and I'd say russia is the country most people hate the most. China probably would be number two, but I think russia has almost always held that spot

For Greece? Obviously wrong. Russia wasn't involved in wars against Greece (despite the very crucial support by USSR to Turkey in the 1919-22 war).
If it would have to be a country "disliked", it'd be Turkey, though still most don't care (for both positive and negative reason).
But you don't need to go that far. How in the world would Russia be the most disliked in Hungary? ^_^ (or Portugal, or Italy, or Ireland, or etc)
On that note, why would Israel be that in Serbia?
I'd also suspect that for most of latin America, the US is the most disliked country.

Let's assume that argument was actually good. Would it be enough to explain all other bizarre elements in this map?
There is a lot of anti semitism in Serbia, but I would have guessed it is the US for all the bombs.
