I will honestly say that would make me uncomfortable...and i don't care if that makes me seem backward. Although, i think i'm coming around to the idea that the government shouldn't be telling me (us) what we should be putting in our bodies.
But as soon as it endangers the normal population, it's a problem.

Wrong. Marijuana endangers no-one, not even the user. And drug-related crime exists because the drugs are illegal, promoting trafficking and related activities. With the exception of drug-fueled violence that is, which is pretty much non-existent with pot, and shouldn't result in banning anyway, so much as regulation.
