Ares' little color conversion workshop

God bless you, Ares de Borg! I've waited a very, very long time to see this unit looking this good!

Update: The Leopard has been reworked, the old version looked too greenish and just like a plastic toy. The new version looks more like a NATO green tank.

Update: Added the Königstiger.

Okay, gorn, your request has been granted. I took this picture as reference (sort of).

That came out awesome! nice job.

Thank you guys. :)
There will be some more, I promise. The conversion Goldflash requested should be easy to make. Wolf's request is more difficult, I hope I can help him. And then there are some of my personal unit wishes still to do...

Cool! Thanks, Ares! And, while I'm thinking of it, could you convert Bebro's Early Eighties Royal Navy Blue Harrier to Not Early Eighties Royal Navy Blue? That'd be good, too.

Oh Oh Oh! And What about an Isreali F-16?. Although That'd go in the desert conversion pack...

Ooo, this is soo exciting!

Okay, before I get to the requests (I haven't forgotten about them, don't worry), here are two more tanks. Both are based on Ripptide's Leopard 2A5.

Update #1:

Leopardo 2E, the spanish version.

Info by Wikipedia:

Leopardo 2E

A derivative of the version 2A6 (with greater armor protection), developed under a program of co manufacture between the industries of Spain and Germany. The program is developed within the frame of collaboration decided in 1995 between the Ministries of Defense of both countries, in which also was included the cession of use by a period of five years of 108 Leopard 2A4 from the German Army to the Spanish Army. However, this cession was extended up to 2016, and after that those tanks will be of the Spanish Army. In 1998, the Spanish government agreed to contract 219 tanks of the Leopard 2E line, 16 recovery tanks Leopard 2ER (Bufalo) and 4 training vehicles. They choose Santa Bárbara Sistemas as the main contractor. The program, with a budget of 1,939.4 million Euros, includes also the integrated logistical support, training courses for crew instructors and maintenance engineers and driving, turret, maintenance, aiming and shooting simulators. Deliveries of the first batch began in 2004 and should complete in 2008.

Update #2:

The second one is the Swedish variant of the Leopard, the Strv 122. I liked the camo on this one.

Info by Wikipedia:

Leopard 2(S)

- Strv 122 used by the Swedish Army
- Based on the 2A5
- Has upgraded Command and Control systems and increased armor protection.
- Can be distinguished from the 2A4 Strv 121 by its wedge-shaped turret armor.

Well, I take requests. It just might take some time. If you can wait, I'll see what I can do. There are some units requested by Wolf and Goldflash to finish first. ;)

so, if I can wait, you can do the dropship W/ desert camo? and do you know how to do tiger stripe camo? If so, Id like the Dropship done w/ desert, and tiger stripe, please!!

do you know how to do tiger stripe. if you can, can you make one pic of the Dropship with tiger stripe? Id like to see what it looks like. Please!! I really would like to see it.

I think tiger stripe won't work here.

Update: Greek Leopard added (the series is nearly complete).
