people in between but they're minority country is polarized mostly.
How long do you think he'll keep getting away with his schemes ?
for middle and high income people nothing much changed maybe exception of seeing much more beggars here and there. But for lower-income people -especially for unskilled workers- Syrian emmigrants mean more competition for jobs in much lower wages.
Mostly racism from almost all levels of society.
Erdogan and his party officially biggest supporters of Syrian Immigrants but most racism comes from their base mostly for the reasons i said before. Only few devout to party policy are supporting them openly.

Nationalists are against them because they're not Turks. And I heard from some that they see them as traitors -because they fleed their country instead of defending it- to their own country.
Kurdish - socialist coalition is officially thinks that we should help them all we can but due to increased attacks from state they don't/can't really pay attention to them.
PS: of course this is a huge generalisation. Like always there are good people from all political spectrum sympathetic to them
as for refugees ı would say Racism is some too harsh a word . An unease at all levels of society , but it might turn into actual hate as soon as an Irresuction campaign starts up in the refugee camps .
