Name you son Judas(a guy very much admired in Christianity :mischief:). You're son gonna love you for it.

A really badass biblical name however is Samson(although the name of his Roman colleague Hercules is even better).

Though I prefer Romans in pretty much every other thing, I much prefer the Greek form of the name, maybe it's just because I've heard the name too much but Heracles just sounds cooler.

It is much cooler, but hardly anyone seems to know his Greek name, probably due to Disney.

Boy:

Julian or Julius.
Erizo.
Ero. Except that sounds like Aro, and so if kids still knew of the ancient book of Twilight, he'd be made fun of for it.

Girl:

...Once again I come up blank. I do not want girls I guess.

It is much cooler, but hardly anyone seems to know his Greek name, probably due to Disney.

...and the fact the Romans kick Ancient Greece's butt! :mischief:

The world is based off Roman stuff, not Greek. :p

Even if "eas" has appeal over "ius" in the right circumstances.

Of course, one could argue the Greeks were intellectually superior(a lot of good that did them!) and were the basis of Roman society, but... the final product tends to be better than the prototype. ;)

Imperium Romanum, not Megale Hellas!

I remember when my cousin was about to have children, via his wife and we were at his brother's engagement party and we started to decided what names they should be and we just decided on basically all the mass murderers in history, just for fun. Their actual names are proper.
