I'm not really one to pray, and I don't really have money to give, but I have you in my thoughts and hope for the best, for more reasons than simply keeping CI alive. Sounding like that one thing didn't work out?

I'm not sure if more money necessarily translates into a good education system. It can help, no doubt, but I would think at some point a bureaucrat would realize that almost a third could be "spent wisely" expanding and "rewarding" administration positions.

We are so small that that is minimized. It can happen, but is less likely to happen. We have about 20 people running the country, 7 to 10 people running each province. Very small numbers.
