Events move swiftly in Japan, and, as always, Oni Yahzuk conspires against the very reasonable plans of mortals.
I don't have any objection to this, really, since there isn't any reasonable or noble way of voting to do away with our citizens. For instance, what sort of influence would determine a citizen's voting power?

Also, I don't mean to beat a dead American, as the saying goes, but:
