Here is a minor concern of mine. Take player A and player B, who are already in a state of war:

01:00am - New Turn
03:15am - Player A moves
08:35am - Player B moves

01:00am - New Turn
...
...
...
Player A never logs in to move, pretty much forcing player B to miss a turn, else be in violation of the no double moves amendment.

A true "doublemove" is consciously going last then first. So, if you take your turn at regular intervals, then I think you're quite fair.

So, in your example.... Player B could go again w/ a free conscience at ~8 PM.

Don't worry, I moved. Got one of your Axeman, too. ;)

And I was close to building the Temple of Artemis in one of my cities too! Now someone else will snag it....

Please, don't let me get in the way of completing that wonder... What city did you say it was in, again? :mischief:

Withdraw your troops for 10-12 turns, and I'll give completing it my best shot. :p

Mmm, sorry, no can do. I'm on a tight schedule and if I delay crushing your civ like a grape under a stampeding herd of horses, then there's all kinds of problems down the road - delays, interest payments, cost overruns, contractors going on other jobs... *shudder*

All those hammers are going to go to waste then, I guess. Ah well, I'll see what I can do in the meantime....

Fozzy Bear of the Carthagineans has travelled great distances to be able to meet these peoples. And he might even stick around to watch the ensuing battles, once he finds the front lines that is.

Has anyone heard from EdMcK515? He's missed the last 3 turns already.

I've PMed the other four non-voters about the DM rule change, but I can't find EdMcK's CFC username.

In any case, I'm inclined to go with Matrix's suggestion that an absolute no-DM be shelved in favor of people making agreements amongst themselves (particularly given a cushion of sorts with the no-DM-with-war-declaration rule in place).

So atm, its expect DMs unless you make an agreement with your enemy not to make DMs?

Until otherwise noted here, yes (unless you're currently at peace).
