CIVILIZATION IV:iNoc

Eventually :)
Hopefully, sometime soon. The core features are getting close, but the specific stuff like Civilization Traits, additional civs, wonders, heroes, natural wonders, etc. could take a while.

I'm back! And trying to think of a different way to do what I am trying to do!

Everyone, please please PLEASE look over the civilization traits (under 'Powers') in the spreadsheet (And other stuff, but definitely Civ Traits) and tell me which ones you think are overpowered.

So any input?

Where's the spreadsheet?

There's a link at the bottom of the first post.

Assyria's power- +1 to EVERY unit- is powerful, but balanced out by the 1/4 population loss on city conquest for cities never owned by them.

The Russian power may be overpowered, I'm not sure.

Srivijaya, Ottoman, Sumeria and Babylon's powers seems a bit underpowered, actually.

I can't tell much by just looking though, I can't tell things when they're on paper. Playing helps me more. :dunno:

EDIT: That's one awesome spreadsheet! :)

I upped the Srivijaya bonus to +25% naval unit strength, and made ottoman units destroy 4% additional defenses when they bombard (4% city defenses, not 4% of their bombard strength). I am trying to think of something creative for Babylon. Any ideas?

How about: A free scientist or artist (50/50) every time a wonder is built, and a free Mathematician every time they build a Middle Eastern wonder? Like it?

Awesome! Babylon's my new favorite civ :p

Things will probably slow down now for two reasons:

a. School is starting soon;
b. I just got Total War: Shogun 2: Fall of the Samurai to work.

I feel like a douche for asking this but how did you get the foreign legion to work like that, it's just pure awesome.

Why do you feel like a douche?

To answer your question, it's complected SDK work. Do you mod in SDK?

No it's not. So do you want me to explain? It's really pretty incomprehensable if you don't know C++.
